A concrete partner built to collaborate, perform, and deliver at scale.
Flagship Tilt-Wall is a full-service specialty concrete contractor, providing tilt-wall construction, commercial concrete, and preconstruction services for some of the most demanding commercial and industrial projects in the Southeast.
Founded in 2010 by Johnnie, Shaun, and Terry Workman, Flagship brings together field expertise, estimating precision, and operational leadership; under one roof, with one name accountable from concept to completion.
Meet the TeamFlagship Tilt-Wall was built on a foundation that's hard to replicate, a close-knit, family-driven culture paired with the capability to deliver on large, complex projects.
From the beginning, the company operated differently. Not as a transactional subcontractor, but as a team that takes ownership, works alongside clients, and treats every project like it matters, because it does. As Flagship grew, it didn't lose what made it strong. The company expanded its capabilities, its team, and the scale of its work, while holding onto the same level of accountability, collaboration, and pride in the process.
Today, Flagship competes with some of the largest companies in the industry. But what sets it apart isn't just what it builds, it's how it builds. A team that stays connected. A culture where people take ownership. And a partner that works with you, not just for you. Because when you combine the strength of a close-knit team with the ability to perform at scale, you don't just get the job done. You build something better.
Most large companies come with layers. Most small companies come with limitations.
Flagship was built to offer something in between.
Flagship's specialty. The most efficient method for large industrial and commercial buildings, faster to build, stronger to last.
Through strategic partnerships across the Southeast, Flagship can facilitate on-site concrete ready-mix batch plants for large-scale projects, eliminating trucking delays and maintaining schedule on complex pours.
Foundations, slabs, CIP walls, paving, and flatwork. Complete concrete scopes for every phase of the project.
We're at the table at 10% design. Early involvement, value engineering, and coordination that prevents problems before they happen.
Orlando, FL · 2022-2023 · Host Dime
HostDime Global Corp. was building Central Florida's only enterprise Tier IV data center. Seven stories. 95,980 square feet. A building designed to run without interruption, with an architectural facade featuring intersecting diagonal geometry that needed to hold up visually along a major interstate corridor. The panels ran up to 58 feet tall. The tolerances were tight. The standard was set by the building's classification before a single panel was cast.
Flagship cast all 30,910 square feet of tilt-wall panels on casting beds, separating panel production from the building slab entirely. Panels ranged from 8" to 12" thick. The reveal geometry was formed consistently across every panel, which is where the architectural result either works or it doesn't. It worked.
30,910 SF of tilt-wall panels. Maximum panel height 58 feet. Completed 2022 to 2023.
As a globally recognized design-build firm, The Haskell Company required a concrete partner capable of executing at scale for a 1.4 million square foot processing and distribution facility for Gallo Wine in Fort Lawn, South Carolina. The question: could a concrete partner deliver at this level for a new client relationship?
Flagship engaged at preconstruction, carried the scope through plan iterations, and delivered the complete concrete scope, from foundations to final panel, with the same leadership team throughout. No corporate hand-off. No coordinator in the middle. The owners were the point of contact from day one.
$27 million. 1.4 million square feet. Delivered in full. Haskell came back for the next project.
That's the definition of earning the next call.
Working with a new concrete sub is a risk. You're counting on them to show up, communicate, and perform, and when they don't, the entire project feels it.
Flagship was built to eliminate that risk. Our owners are reachable. Our scope is clean. Our standard doesn't change based on the size of the project or the pressure of the schedule.
That's why our clients call again.

“We've grown a lot over the years, but we've never lost the way we work. We still take ownership, we still stay close to our clients, and we still treat every project like it matters, because it does.”
Terry Workman, President, Flagship Tilt-Wall
We do the work right. When something isn't right, we fix it, no shortcuts, no excuses, no exceptions.
We don't pass blame or defer to scope. We step in, solve problems, and stand behind the outcome.
We work alongside our client and their teams, never above them. From preconstruction through the final walkthrough.
Every project is a chance to prove we should be called again. We don't assume repeat work. We earn it.
This company was built by everyone in it. We take the long view with our people, our clients, and our trade partners.
We build long-term relationships across the full project ecosystem, by being straight, showing up, and doing what we said we'd do.
